Content Account Executive

HG Marketing Ltd, based in Lahore (Gulberg III, Liberty Market), is seeking a dedicated full-time Podcast Content Coordinator to join our on-site team. Working Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, this role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience. Our company specializes in helping businesses expand their audience by transforming podcasts into valuable content assets through high-quality audio and video production and editing services. We aim to position our clients as thought leaders within their industries by delivering exceptional content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
- Submit raw audio and video files for editing, oversee the editing process, and ensure all client instructions and quality standards are met.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks and reviews on all client-delivered assets to maintain high standards.
- Design or supervise the creation of engaging thumbnails and manage social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
- Review edited content for quality assurance and client compliance, coordinating revisions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and keeping them informed about project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with editors and content creators to deliver polished, high-quality podcast content.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and analytics to track performance and improve outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of industry quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred to ensure familiarity with podcast production workflows.
- Knowledge of major podcast platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is an advantage.
