Content Creation Team Leader

People Perfect is seeking a Content Creation Team Leader for a reputable training company based in Bahria Town, Lahore. This role involves leading and developing a content creation team to consistently achieve key performance indicators, maintain high-quality standards, and meet delivery deadlines. The position requires a hands-on approach to people management and plays a critical role in ensuring course quality while driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with training, quality assurance, reporting, and other business support functions to foster collaboration and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- People Management & Development: Lead, support, and coach team members through regular one-to-one meetings, constructive feedback, and performance management processes. Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages growth and development.

- Team Delivery & Performance: Organize workloads effectively, monitor team productivity, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Drive the team to achieve agreed KPIs and delivery targets, maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.

- Quality & Process Management: Ensure all courses comply with established quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify any issues impacting quality and implement improvements to enhance course content and delivery.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with training, quality assurance, reporting, and change management teams. Provide support across business functions as needed to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths. A Level 3 qualification or higher in Leadership & Management, Education, Training, Business, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

- Proven experience in leading or managing personnel, preferably in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Demonstrated ability to manage team performance effectively and provide constructive feedback.

- Strong skills in monitoring KPIs, productivity, and deadlines, with proficiency in IT and data handling.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and escalate issues appropriately.

- Results-oriented mindset with accountability and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Location and Working Hours

This is an onsite position based in Bahria Town, Lahore. The working days are Monday through Friday, with office hours from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
