Content Creator & Digital Marketing Internship

Inspurate Business Services is seeking a Content Creator Intern to join our team and support Infinite Forces, an emerging AI startup. This role involves transforming raw videos, product walkthroughs, screen recordings, and other materials into clear, concise short-form content and marketing assets. You will collaborate closely with founders and C-level executives to produce product demos and engaging content that can be quickly published, shared with customers, or used by sales and business teams. The focus is on volume and clarity rather than long-form or brand-film production. Regular tasks include recording and editing Loom-style product walkthroughs and screen shares to create demos for prospective customers, sales conversations, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and repurpose existing videos and raw materials into short clips, reels, and other short-form content suitable for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop multiple content variations from a single source, including hooks, captions, and thumbnails.
- Record and edit Loom-style product walkthroughs and screen shares to create clear, standalone product demos.
- Produce demos that explain software and AI products without requiring live explanation.
- Shorten longer product walkthroughs into bite-sized clips for social media and sales use.
- Add voiceovers, narration, captions, callouts, and subtitles to enhance content accessibility and engagement.
- Design simple graphics and supporting marketing materials to complement video content.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with scripting, captions, copywriting, voiceovers, and content ideation.
- Organize and label finished files clearly for easy access and use by other team members.
- Work independently with minimal direction, respond promptly to feedback, and maintain a steady content production flow.

Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to edit short-form content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Experience in producing multiple usable content pieces from a single raw video or recording.
- Proficiency with Loom or similar screen-recording tools to create clear product demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of software products to effectively showcase features and use cases.
- Ability to maintain focus on the product, its problem-solving capabilities, and relevant use cases.
- Skills in creating clean captions, thumbnails, and simple graphics.
- Basic voiceover recording capabilities.
- Ability to work independently from briefs and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills for managing files, versions, and source materials.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
You may work with a variety of tools depending on the assignment, including Loom, Canva, CapCut, OBS Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and AI-assisted platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and ElevenLabs. The emphasis is on producing high-quality, useful content rather than using any specific tool consistently.

We provide all necessary source materials and direction, including raw videos, screen recordings, software access, screenshots, documentation, talking points, branding assets, and rough scripts. Your role is to transform these inputs into polished, ready-to-use content.

This internship is based in-office in Karachi, Monday through Friday. We seek candidates who are passionate about content creation and comfortable working with software and AI products. A genuine curiosity to understand the product before explaining it is essential.
