Redstar Technologies is seeking a confident and camera-ready individual to join as an On-Camera Content Creator Intern. This role goes beyond behind-the-scenes work; it requires someone comfortable being the face of our content, capable of shooting their own footage, and bringing creative ideas to life on camera. Although this is an unpaid internship, it offers a genuine pathway to a full-time, paid position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Appear on camera for various video content, including talking-head segments, walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes clips.
- Self-shoot content using a phone or basic camera equipment, managing framing, lighting, and audio essentials.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm video concepts and develop scripts.
- Capture footage during internal events, team activities, and daily office moments.
- Provide raw footage to editors with clear instructions and direction.
- Maintain a consistent and comfortable on-camera presence across multiple takes and formats.

Required Qualifications
- Genuine comfort being on camera is essential. This is a must-have, not optional.
- Some experience filming yourself or others, such as phone-shot videos, vlogs, reels, or YouTube content.
- Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, and audio for casual or professional video production.
- A confident and natural on-camera presence; no formal acting experience required, just ease in front of the camera.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with different formats and takes.
- Availability to work onsite at G-13/4, Islamabad.
