Better Developments, a boutique real estate development company, is seeking a full-time, on-site Content Creator based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, to highlight Better Developments’ projects and brand identity. Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and audience needs. Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform content creation. Write, edit, and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s tone of voice. Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to produce cohesive multimedia content, including visuals, videos, and photography. Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement across digital channels. Support storytelling efforts by documenting ongoing and completed developments, ensuring accurate and appealing representation of projects. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
Proven skills in writing and editing for digital media, including social media posts, website content, and marketing materials. Ability to develop content strategies and plan editorial calendars that align with brand and business goals. Familiarity with digital marketing principles, social media management, and audience engagement techniques. Strong research capabilities to understand real estate projects, market trends, and customer profiles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered.
