Content Creator

Tameer.ai is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator / Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, an eye for current trends, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling content. This role requires comfort in creating short-form videos and appearing confidently on camera to engage audiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Research trending Reels, topics, formats, hooks, and content ideas to stay ahead of social media trends.
- Develop innovative concepts for Reels, videos, posts, carousels, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and Reels, ensuring high-quality and engaging output.
- Confidently appear on camera to represent the brand and connect with viewers.
- Create tailored content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, maintaining consistency with brand voice and style.
- Prepare video concepts, scripts, hooks, and shot lists prior to filming to streamline production.
- Continuously monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the team to produce creative content that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the latest social media trends and content formats.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for video content.
- Basic proficiency in video shooting and editing techniques.
- Ability to manage the entire content creation process from ideation to final video production.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work will be considered an advantage.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Johar Town, Lahore.
