We are seeking a creative and confident Content Creator & Reels Editor to join our team for a fintech mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a knack for generating fresh, engaging ideas and transforming them into compelling reels with viral potential. This role involves taking content from initial concept through to final editing, including conducting street interviews at universities and commercial areas to capture entertaining and relatable conversations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop original content ideas, interview questions, and engaging video concepts tailored to the target audience.
- Conduct street interviews at universities, commercial areas, and other public locations to gather authentic and relatable content.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar to ensure regular posting and audience engagement.
- Shoot and edit reels with strong hooks, clear storytelling, captions, and engaging pacing to maximize viewer retention.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant social media trends and creatively adapt them to suit the fintech app’s audience.
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to improve future posts and strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in creating and editing social media reels, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work.
- Confidence in approaching strangers, conducting interviews, and appearing on camera comfortably.
- Strong creative instincts with a clear understanding of what drives viewer engagement, sharing, and interaction.
- Ability to plan content production effectively, manage shoots, editing workflows, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment, explore new ideas, and bring innovative content to life.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working within the fintech or technology sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management platforms will be a plus.
- Hybrid remote work setup based in Lahore, providing flexibility and a balanced work environment.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.
