Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter

Iris Digital Marketing is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be confident and expressive, comfortable being the face of the brand while producing engaging digital content. This role involves developing and presenting content across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The successful applicant will have a strong grasp of social media trends, storytelling, and video content creation, with the ability to connect naturally with diverse audiences on camera. This is a full-time, in-person position within the Digital Marketing and Creative department, offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Present, host, and feature in brand videos, reels, promotional clips, and other on-camera content.
- Produce short-form videos including reels, trending formats, skits, interviews, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate content ideas, scripts, hooks, and concepts aligned with brand goals.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement techniques.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to plan and manage content calendars effectively.
- Participate actively in content shoots, campaigns, and on-location video productions.
- Communicate brand messages in an engaging, relatable, and authentic manner.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident on-camera presence.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to write compelling captions, scripts, and video concepts.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software.
- Energetic, expressive, and comfortable engaging with various audiences.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or on-camera presenting is preferred.
