Content Creator / Presenter

OZ Developers is looking for a skilled and confident Content Creator / Presenter to join their team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The role is based at Bahria Orchard Phase 4 and requires a candidate with hands-on experience in content creation or presenting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera and possess strong communication and presentation skills. A solid understanding of current social media trends across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube is essential. Creativity, basic video editing abilities, and the capacity to produce engaging short-form videos and promotional content that connect with the audience are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and present compelling video content for OZ Developers, including property tours, promotional videos, interviews, and social media campaigns.
- Develop trendy and captivating Reels and short-form videos that align with the latest social media trends.
- Generate innovative content ideas inspired by viral formats, sounds, and styles.
- Handle basic video shooting and editing to ensure polished and professional output.
- Continuously monitor and stay updated on trending Reels, sounds, and content formats across major social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and increase social media engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, presenting, or a related field.
- Confident and professional on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of trending social media content, especially Reels and viral formats.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Capability to produce engaging short-form videos and promotional materials.
