We are currently seeking a full-time Content Creator & Video Editor Intern based in Lahore, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes some flexibility for remote work. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to support the marketing and communications team by producing engaging digital content tailored for social media, websites, and other online platforms. The role involves planning and developing content ideas, scripting, storyboarding, recording or sourcing media assets, and editing both short-form and long-form videos. The intern will also help optimize content for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other team members. Additional responsibilities may include basic graphic design tasks, content scheduling, performance tracking, and contributing to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Plan, script, and storyboard digital content for social media, websites, and other platforms.
- Source or record media assets required for video production.
- Optimize content to suit different digital channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and developers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Provide basic graphic design support, including working with images, animations, typography, and brand assets.
- Assist with content scheduling and monitor content performance metrics.
- Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign ideas.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in video production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
- Ability to create and adapt digital content for multiple platforms with an understanding of current trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic skills in graphic design and visual storytelling, including handling images, animations, and typography.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a willingness to receive feedback and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and content formats.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Media Studies, Film, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Lahore, with reliable access to necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity for remote work.
