Content Manager / Content Creator

TechMatched is seeking a creative and organized Content Manager / Content Creator to join the team. This role involves developing and executing content strategies that highlight the company’s people, culture, services, and expertise across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable planning content, recording videos and interviews, and collaborating with employees to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence for TechMatched.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with TechMatched’s branding, services, and business objectives.
- Manage a monthly content calendar, including ideation, formats, deadlines, and publishing schedules.
- Record engaging videos, reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content featuring employees and company activities.
- Coordinate with employees across departments, assign content creation tasks, and provide guidance on recording and sharing relevant content.
- Create content briefs, video scripts, captions, and creative ideas tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure timely production, review, and publication of content.
- Monitor content performance metrics including reach, views, engagement, and audience growth, and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, content marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and current social media trends.
- Ability to plan and manage a detailed monthly content calendar effectively.
- Confidence and skill in recording videos, conducting interviews, and managing on-camera content.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working with employees from various departments.
- Proficient writing skills for developing captions, scripts, and content briefs.
- Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content creation and social media tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content or social media work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of TechMatched’s content operations, transforming everyday company activities into compelling content. They will actively involve employees in the content creation process and ensure that every piece of content has a clear purpose and aligns with the company’s goals.

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires working on-site to facilitate close collaboration with team members and seamless content production.
