Content Manager

F16 Media LLC is seeking a creative and motivated Content Manager with a strong background in social media and content management. This full-time remote role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation and eager to contribute to the company’s growth while working flexible hours from 6 PM to 4 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing content strategies across various social media platforms.
- Create engaging and compelling content tailored specifically for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate innovative content ideas.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content creation efforts.
- Schedule and publish content efficiently across multiple social media channels.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Engage with the audience by responding promptly to comments and messages.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Media Science, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, with particular expertise in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for content creation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
