Content Manager

CureMD is seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead the development and execution of its content strategy. This role involves full ownership of content creation, management, and distribution, working closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality materials that enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight, creativity, and leadership skills to optimize content for SEO and user experience while managing a team of content creators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with CureMD’s marketing objectives and brand voice, focusing on engagement and lead generation.
- Lead and mentor a team of content specialists to deliver high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, white papers, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives through targeted content.
- Oversee SEO optimization efforts to ensure content meets user intent and follows best practices for visibility and engagement.
- Analyze content performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery aligned with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with the design team to integrate visual elements like infographics and videos that complement written content.
- Ensure all content complies with legal standards, including copyright and GDPR regulations, and adheres to content marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Over 6 years of experience in content creation, strategy, or digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive effective content strategies.
- Strong expertise in SEO, content analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools for tracking and improving content performance.
