We are seeking a Content Marketer who truly understands what influences buyers, not just what sounds good on paper. Our primary audience consists of startup founders across Europe and the US, individuals making critical decisions about who to trust with their company’s key products. Your content will engage these founders before our sales team even reaches them, helping to simplify their decision-making process. This role is fundamentally marketing-driven, requiring a strong grasp of buyer journeys, funnel stages, and the commercial purpose behind each piece of content. You will transform research, client insights, and real founder challenges into trustworthy content, working independently without needing step-by-step guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Content: Create posts tailored to the distinct voices of our founders and sales team profiles.
- Case Studies: Manage the entire process from conducting interviews with engineers and clients to delivering polished, design-ready drafts.
- Sales Content: Develop one-pagers, concise client-facing documents, and email templates that support the sales team’s outreach efforts.
- Employee Branding: Produce content that highlights the expertise of our engineers and showcases our company culture to founders internationally.
- Research to Stories: Convert market insights provided by our Growth Marketer into compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the tech or IT services sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
- Exceptional English writing skills—clear, simple, and relatable.
- Ability to research and write credibly on technical subjects such as AI, software, and startups.
- Solid understanding of funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and the commercial objectives of each content piece.
- A good eye for effective copywriting; while you don’t need to be an expert copywriter, you can distinguish between copy that sells and copy that merely sounds nice.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal daily supervision.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience writing for startup founders or technical decision-makers is highly desirable.
- A portfolio showcasing case studies and LinkedIn ghostwriting work will be considered a strong advantage.
You should approach content with a strategic mindset—understanding buyer journeys, ICPs, and funnel stages, and knowing what buyers care about at each step. For you, content isn’t finished when it’s well-written; it’s finished when it reaches and moves the right audience. If this perspective aligns with how you think about content marketing, this role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
