Content Marketing Intern – SEO, Content Writing & Social Media | Preferably Females | Onsite

Brand Republic is seeking a motivated Content Marketing Intern to join their team for a full-time, three-month internship based in Karachi. This role offers hands-on experience across the entire content cycle, including research, ideation, writing, content creation, social media management, and basic SEO application. The ideal candidate will be a creative and proficient English writer capable of producing diverse content formats such as captions, blogs, marketing copy, scripts, and social media posts. This internship is on-site with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and there is potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on topics, industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to generate fresh content ideas.
- Write engaging blogs, website copy, social media captions, marketing copy, and other written materials.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts specifically for Reels and short-form video content.
- Adapt and tailor content for various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Assist in managing content calendars and planning content schedules.
- Apply basic SEO techniques and conduct keyword research to optimize website and blog content.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to transform ideas into polished final content.
- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, appropriate tone, and overall quality.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to handle both content writing and content creation tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with an awareness of current social media trends and digital marketing practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent research, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Capability to work across multiple content formats while meeting deadlines.
- Candidates with a portfolio, writing samples, university projects, freelance work, or personal content are highly encouraged to apply.
- Suitable for students, fresh graduates, or candidates with 0–6 months of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This internship is designed as a comprehensive 360° content role rather than a blog-writing-only position. Candidates should be comfortable switching between writing, ideation, social media management, scriptwriting, and content creation. The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs15,000. The work location is on-site at P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi, providing an immersive environment to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing team. There is also the potential for this internship to transition into a permanent role based on the intern’s performance and contribution.
