We are seeking a talented Faceless Social Media Content Creator who specializes in producing viral content tailored for US audiences. This role involves full ownership of ideation, production, and optimization of short-form videos across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of US culture, trends, and humor, and be skilled at creating engaging faceless content that resonates and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and experiment with various faceless content formats including voiceovers, text-on-screen, stock or B-roll footage, screen recordings, and AI-assisted visuals.
- Craft compelling hooks and scripts that align with US cultural nuances and trending topics.
- Consistently publish content and refine strategies based on performance analytics such as viewer retention, shares, and follower growth.
- Identify emerging trends early and rapidly convert them into engaging content pieces.
- Provide weekly reports highlighting successful content and recommendations for scaling those efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated success in creating viral faceless content, supported by examples of accounts or videos with significant viewership (preferably posts exceeding 100K views, with some reaching over 1 million).
- In-depth knowledge of US social media trends and audience behavior patterns.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- A data-driven mindset with experience testing and optimizing hooks, content formats, and posting schedules to maximize engagement.
