Content Strategist

AUK is looking for a seasoned Content Strategist to develop and implement content strategies that effectively support the company’s business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years’ experience in a technology or product-driven environment. This role requires a strong background in content strategy development and audience research. The Content Strategist will lead a team of five professionals, ensuring the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant content that drives audience engagement and supports marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
- Conduct detailed audience research to identify target demographics, preferences, and content consumption habits.
- Manage and optimize content through various content management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform regular content audits to evaluate quality, relevance, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content initiatives are integrated with broader business functions.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and implement improvements based on insights.
- Design and conduct surveys and other research methods to gather feedback that informs content decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five content professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, is SEO-friendly, and maintains a consistent tone and style.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content strategy and digital marketing.
