We are looking for a proactive Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to lead the organic social media strategy, content planning, creative coordination, and execution across multiple client brands. This role requires close collaboration with Account Managers, designers, video editors, and department leadership to ensure each brand has a clear and effective content direction. Beyond simply posting content, you will develop strategies, research competitors and trends, create content concepts, manage deadlines, and oversee consistent publishing. This hands-on position combines content strategy, social media management, and creative coordination, demanding strong creative direction and team management skills without the need to personally design or edit every asset.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy: Develop platform-specific strategies by understanding each brand’s audience, positioning, products, competitors, and goals. Define content pillars, themes, hooks, and posting cadence to drive education, engagement, trust, and conversion. Identify content gaps and continuously optimize strategies based on performance.
Content Planning & Calendar Management: Create and maintain organized content calendars with clear objectives. Plan diverse content formats including static posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, testimonials, and seasonal campaigns. Write hooks, captions, CTAs, scripts, and briefs to keep production ahead of publishing deadlines.
Creative Research & Concept Development: Conduct research on competitors, industry leaders, and social media trends to inspire original creative concepts. Analyze seasonal campaigns and promotional periods, providing detailed references and moodboards to the creative team.
Brand & Creative Direction: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, visual style, and brand personality. Establish basic visual guidelines when needed and apply design principles to evaluate creative quality and clarity.
Coordination & Management of Designers: Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors by providing clear briefs, feedback, and deadlines. Manage creative workflows across multiple brands, addressing bottlenecks promptly.
Social Media Execution & Publishing: Oversee daily social media operations, ensuring accurate implementation of captions, hashtags, tags, links, and CTAs. Maintain consistent posting schedules and coordinate approvals through the standard workflow.
Organic Growth, Reporting & Insights: Take ownership of organic growth metrics, analyze content performance, and deliver actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Ownership: Work with Account Managers, Paid Ads Team, and department heads to align strategies, resolve challenges, and meet client priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of organic social media growth, content planning, and strategy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.
- Skilled in developing creative content ideas with a solid understanding of social media formats, trends, and copywriting.
- Competent in researching competitors and trends to create detailed, actionable creative briefs.
- Understanding of basic design principles and experience directing designers and video editors.
- Excellent project management and deadline adherence skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and think creatively.
- Availability to work remotely Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with professional personal branding, executive, or founder content strategies is a plus. Familiarity with paid social advertising and creative concepts for paid campaigns is advantageous. Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar platforms is preferred. Background in e-commerce, local businesses, or agency environments is beneficial. Experience managing seasonal campaigns and promotional content is valued.
