Content Writer & Email Marketing Copywriter

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Copywriter to join our team, specializing in creating engaging and conversion-driven email campaigns for Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content writing and digital marketing, with the ability to craft personalized email sequences, blog posts, and landing page copy that resonate with diverse customer segments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with marketing and design teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Write compelling, personalized email marketing campaigns tailored for Shopify stores to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Analyze customer behavior, purchase history, and preferences to segment audiences into meaningful groups for targeted communication.
- Develop customized email content for various customer segments, including new customers, repeat buyers, VIPs, and inactive users.
- Create automated email sequences such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, promotional campaigns, and retention strategies.
- Research and produce engaging, SEO-optimized blog content across multiple industries to support marketing efforts.
- Craft persuasive landing page copy, website content, and product descriptions designed to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform content strategy and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Optimize email campaigns by writing attention-grabbing subject lines, clear calls-to-action, and testing variations to improve open rates and engagement.
- Ensure all marketing content maintains a consistent brand voice and messaging across channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to plan and execute content and email marketing initiatives efficiently.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent command of English, including writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience in content writing and marketing copywriting, with a focus on persuasive and conversion-oriented email content.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce marketing principles and customer segmentation techniques.
- Experience creating blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
- Familiarity with Shopify platforms and email marketing tools, preferably Klaviyo.
- Ability to research various industries and adapt writing style to different brand voices.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to enhance content visibility.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
