Content Writer

This full-time Content Writer position is based in Gulshan Block 11, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including one Saturday per month. The role focuses on creating engaging and informative content across multiple platforms to support the company’s objectives and connect effectively with the target audience. The successful candidate will develop compelling narratives, articles, blog posts, social media updates, and other written materials that clearly communicate the brand message and enhance audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality, original content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels. Conduct thorough research to ensure all content is accurate and well-informed. Adapt writing style to suit various target audiences and platforms, maintaining relevance and appeal. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and audience preferences. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for differentiation. Implement SEO best practices by strategically using relevant keywords to improve content visibility and search engine rankings. Review and edit content to uphold high standards of grammar, spelling, and style. Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and refine content accordingly. Manage the editorial calendar to plan and organize timely content releases, consistently meeting deadlines. Coordinate with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all mediums. Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content development.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Content Writer or in a similar writing role. Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Ability to research and quickly grasp diverse topics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs 45,000 per month. The role requires in-person work, providing opportunities for direct collaboration and engagement within the team.
