Content Writer

FIT Solutions is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and authoritative content specifically tailored for the US healthcare market, with a focus on medical billing and workers' compensation claims. This role requires strong research abilities, a solid understanding of American tone and style, and preferably some experience or familiarity with the USA medical billing or workers' compensation sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Develop compelling blog posts, website copy, client guides, articles, and marketing materials centered on USA healthcare, medical billing, and workers' compensation procedures.
- USA Market Orientation: Customize messaging, terminology, and formatting to align with American industry standards and audience expectations.
- Research & Compliance: Conduct in-depth research on US medical billing codes, insurance guidelines, claims processes, and relevant legal frameworks to ensure content accuracy and value.
- SEO Optimization: Incorporate target keywords naturally to enhance digital content’s organic search ranking and broaden audience reach.
- Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent brand voice, clarity, precise grammar, and technical accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- Proven professional experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter targeting US audiences.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong attention to nuance and technical clarity.
- Ability to translate complex medical, legal, or insurance concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging copy.
- Strong time management and research skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Direct experience or foundational knowledge in USA Medical Billing or Workers' Compensation processes is highly desirable.

Work Schedule and Compensation

- Location: On-site at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11, Karachi.
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Salary Range: PKR 35,000 to 45,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
