This hybrid role involves creating compelling content and managing social media channels to engage audiences interested in Australian migration and education. Approximately half of your time will be dedicated to writing website service pages, blogs, captions, scripts, and emails, while the other half focuses on social media management, including owning the content calendar, publishing posts, and ensuring all channels are timely and on brand. The primary objective is to deliver consistent, accurate, and high-quality content that converts audiences into booked consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing (approx. 50%)
- Develop and update website service pages for various visa and education services, including skilled/PR, partner, parent, employer-sponsored, student, graduate visas, and COE/enrolments, following SEO guidelines provided by the SEO Team Lead.
- Produce SEO blog articles and FAQ content targeting high-intent search terms using keyword research tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Write engaging social media copy such as captions, carousel text, headlines, hooks, and calls to action.
- Create short-form video scripts for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts in English and conversational Hinglish/Urdu, collaborating with video editors on delivery.
- Draft email and WhatsApp broadcast copy for warm-database campaigns, including visa-expiry reminders and Education-to-Visa cross-sell initiatives.
- Support ad copy creation for Meta and Google Ads in coordination with the Performance team.
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and free from misleading claims, with visa facts verified against official Department of Home Affairs sources and approved by MARA agents when necessary.

Social Media Management (approx. 50%)
- Manage the monthly content calendar for social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, planning at least two weeks in advance and securing approval from the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools, ensuring timely, unique, and brand-aligned content.
- Provide clear creative briefs and deadlines to Graphic Designers and Video Editors, tracking assets from briefing to publication.
- Maintain a balanced content mix across service lines and funnel stages: awareness, education, trust (testimonials, success stories, team), and conversion (consultation offers).
- Monitor trends, visa policy updates, and Australian migration news, converting them into timely posts within 24 to 48 hours.
- Collaborate with the Community & Engagement Lead to ensure prompt responses to comments and DMs, and escalate lead-intent conversations into the CRM system (GoHighLevel).
- Report weekly social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, link clicks, leads) to the Senior Data Analyst and propose one content experiment monthly.
- Maintain the brand voice guide, caption templates, and content library to ensure consistency across the team.

General
- Track all tasks and deadlines using the project management tool Plane.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share progress, challenges, and ideas.
- Provide social media publishing and calendar support during the Social Media Team Lead’s absence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in content writing and social media management, preferably combined in one role.
- Excellent written English skills (Australian/UK spelling) with a clear, simple, and persuasive style.
- Fluency in Urdu and ability to write conversational Hindi/Urdu (Hinglish) scripts.
- Practical experience with Meta Business Suite and at least one scheduling tool, capable of managing a content calendar end to end.
- Working knowledge of SEO writing, including keywords, headings, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking.
- A portfolio showcasing published website pages, blogs, and social media posts or scripts.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in immigration, education, study-abroad, or professional services marketing.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Canva, and responsible use of AI writing tools with fact-checking.
- Basic understanding of Australian visa categories and the role of MARA-registered agents.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and project management tools like Plane, ClickUp, or Asana.

What We Offer
- Competitive monthly salary based on experience.
- Benefits aligned with company policy.
- A defined role within a growing marketing team focused on measurable outcomes.
- Exposure to the Australian market and multi-channel marketing including SEO, Meta, Google Ads, and CRM.
