Key Responsibilities

- Create clear, engaging, and accurate written content that supports Keystone Medics’ services and brand identity.
- Draft and update website content, service descriptions, blog posts, and informational resources related to medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Conduct thorough research on industry topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex medical billing and RCM concepts into accessible, reader-friendly materials.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain consistency, correctness, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist in content planning and support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain documentation standards across various communication channels.
- Work full-time on-site at the Lahore office, contributing actively to team efforts and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of professional content writing experience, preferably in healthcare, technology, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in web content writing and producing materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Proficiency in content strategy and research to plan, structure, and support accurate and informative content.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure error-free, consistent, and professional communication.
- Exceptional command of written English with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
