Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging, and well-structured web content related to healthcare and medical billing topics.
- Create and support basic content strategies that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of all written materials.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications, addressing inquiries about billing and RCM services promptly and professionally.
- Provide timely updates to clients and document all interactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate closely with billing and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach to foster a positive service environment.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working on-site in Lahore.
Required Qualifications
- Strong web content writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and audience-focused materials.
- Competence in content strategy and research to plan topics and support billing-related communications.
- Solid proofreading skills to review and refine content for accuracy and consistency.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills tailored to customer service responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge or genuine interest in healthcare, medical billing, or revenue cycle management processes; prior exposure is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lahore.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in content writing, customer service, or related roles.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
