Key Responsibilities

- Content Writers will develop, edit, and optimize web and marketing materials related to medical billing and healthcare services, ensuring all content is clear, accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will manage inbound and outbound client communications, resolve billing and service-related inquiries, maintain detailed records, and provide timely updates on account status.
- Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach efforts, schedule meetings or product demonstrations, and collaborate closely with the sales team to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Business Developers will establish and nurture client relationships, explore new market opportunities, prepare proposals, assist in negotiations, and contribute to initiatives aimed at revenue growth.
- All team members are expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, meet established performance targets, adhere to compliance standards, and maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients and partners.

Required Qualifications

- Approximately two years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas: content writing, customer service, inside sales, sales development, or business development. Experience in healthcare or business process outsourcing (BPO) environments is preferred.
- Strong content creation skills, including the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate material tailored to healthcare and medical billing audiences.
- Strategic content planning abilities such as content strategy development and research to understand audience needs and align messaging with business goals.
- Quality assurance skills including proofreading and basic editing to ensure content is error-free, consistent, and compliant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and professional telephone and email etiquette, particularly for CSR and SDR roles.
- Sales and business development competencies including lead qualification, relationship building, and basic negotiation skills relevant to SDR and Business Developer positions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
