Job Description:
- Managing all queries of existing clients.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service promoting services.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Resolve problems and assist customers by handling account related inquiries.
- Accurate data input and maintenance of client information.
- Ensure maximum security and confidentiality of customers' assets.
Timings: 12pm till 10pm (Monday –Friday) & 10am till 6pm (Saturday)
