We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Associate to join our team at the US warehouse located in Phase 4 Bahria Town, Islamabad. This full-time position operates from 5 PM to 2 AM and focuses on managing the smooth flow of goods while supporting overall warehouse functions. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound processes, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring clear communication with clients and staff to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately create and process inbound receipts using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Manage outbound order processing by creating, allocating, and completing orders within the WMS.
- Maintain detailed records of inbound and outbound supporting documentation in the WMS.
- Communicate effectively with clients and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide operational support to uphold high efficiency standards across warehouse activities.
- Calculate revenue and post it accurately in the ERP system to assist with financial tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and revenue calculation processes is an advantage.
