- Manage project team and budget
- Allocate project resources
- Create schedule and project timeline
- Track deliverables, support and direct team
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to stakeholders' reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Work with internal teams and vendors to oversee project planning and delivery
- Identify and evaluate risks and dependencies associated with project activities
- Manage and lead a team of professional quality assurance software engineers
- Ability to work in a group with fast paced development teams
- Provide strategic direction for QA team and mentor team members -
- Participate in product and QA meetings to add value from quality perspective
- Define and track metrices
- Effectively work with key product stakeholders as part of a scrum team to create QA approaches for each product
- Candidate with MS in relevant field will be preferred
