This includes detailed explanations of direct cost components, manufacturing overhead (MOH), variances against latest estimates (LE) and annual operating plans (AOP), comparisons of cost of goods sold (COGS) and MOH across plants, and year-to-date capital expenditure status versus AOP and LE.

- Plan, set, and manage team performance objectives through regular appraisal and one-on-one sessions.

- Foster cross-functional coordination with plant teams to improve communication and operational alignment.

- Ensure timely submission of required information to external auditors.
