Control Room Operator

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Control Room Operator based in Karachi. The role involves managing daily operations within the control room by preparing staff rotas, coordinating effectively with field teams and management, and maintaining clear communication with international teams. The operator will be responsible for reporting and resolving operational issues promptly while ensuring schedules and records are accurately maintained. The position requires strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent command of the English language, and the flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
- Coordinate daily activities between field teams, management, and international counterparts to facilitate smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with international teams to relay information and updates.
- Monitor operational issues, report them promptly, and work towards timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate schedules, logs, and records related to control room activities.
- Support management in operational planning and execution as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Graduate level education.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
