Falcon Education and Consultancy Services (PVT) Ltd, based in DHA, Lahore, is looking to hire a full-time Conversion Officer. The company is well-regarded for assisting students from Pakistan and the MENA region in securing admissions at top universities worldwide. The Conversion Officer will be responsible for bridging the gap between prospective students and Falcon’s services by providing accurate information, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive engagement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective students, informing them about study abroad opportunities and Falcon’s offerings.
- Manage leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Deliver excellent customer support by responding promptly and professionally to student inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study abroad requirements, regulations, and available programs to provide accurate guidance.
- Make outbound calls to promote services and reconnect with previous leads to evaluate their current interest and needs.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families to understand their academic goals and offer personalized advice.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and admissions teams to ensure consistent communication and a coordinated approach to student engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support, sales, or lead management roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
- Solid understanding of international education processes and student visa regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of calls without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in the education sector is required.
