Cook (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female cook to join a household in Islamabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing hygienic, nutritious, and high-quality meals according to the assigned menu. This role requires maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring proper storage and handling of food items, and managing kitchen supplies efficiently. The cook must adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards while working independently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals that meet hygiene and nutritional standards as per the assigned menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- Monitor kitchen supplies and promptly inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently to ensure a safe cooking environment.

Required Qualifications
- Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working as a cook in a household, office, guest house, or a similar setting.
- Proven ability to prepare authentic Pakistani cuisine; familiarity with continental or other cuisines is considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, punctuality, and the ability to work independently without supervision.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000. The work location is in person, based in Islamabad.
