As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will design application systems to streamline business processes and meet the needs of a business. In your role, you will lead the configuration of the Salesforce solution by working closely with the other team members. It is your task to monitor the solutions’ user-friendliness, as well as client and end-user satisfaction.
YOUR PROFILE
You are customer obsessed and you want to help our customers to become more customer-centric.
As executives, business stakeholders and technical teams are all interested in different things, you use your strength of presenting in a clear way to people with different backgrounds and objectives.
You have at least 8 years of experience as a functional analyst and thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably certified in SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, and/or SFDC Marketing Cloud.
CPQ is within your expertise or you want to learn it.
You are fluent in English.
