Cooperative Computing seeks a talented and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT initiatives and drive digital transformation. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and management of the company's hardware, software, and network tools. With a key focus on ERP, requirement gathering, implementation as per requirement, and Administer the system for smooth utilization, you will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, GSuite, and Office 365, and be able to handle migrations from legacy systems to new ERP solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and processes. You will be responsible for managing and developing IT teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to meet business objectives. You will also provide technical guidance and support to other departments, ensuring that the IT systems align with their business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support the organization's overall business objectives
  • Manage and lead the IT team, including the assignment of tasks, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and training as needed
  • Oversee the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, GSuite, and Office 365
  • Manage hardware, network, and software tools to ensure that systems are reliable and secure.
  • Lead the migration from legacy systems to new ERP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive data and intellectual property
  • Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, identifying opportunities. for the organization to leverage technology to improve business outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technology projects that support their business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other departments as needed
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP implementation
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP, hardware, software, and network systems
  • Experience in Oracle NetSuite, GSuite, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure and, Microsoft Project, and a proven track record of migrating from legacy systems to new ERP systems
  • Experience with Ticket Management Software (Zoho Desk) and Task Management Software (ClickUp) is mandatory.
  • Experience managing technology teams, including the assignment of tasks, setting performance goals and providing guidance and training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing hardware, network, and software tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget
  • Ability to identify and leverage technology trends to improve business outcomes
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Ability to manage personnel
