Coordinator Flight Training

This role involves coordinating pilot instructor and A320 pilot training schedules while ensuring all operational requirements are met efficiently. The incumbent will assist in the implementation and monitoring of approved pilot training programs, coordinate line and upgrade training activities, and maintain accurate training records and documentation. Collaboration with Licensing, Operations Control, and other internal departments is essential to address training needs. The position requires monitoring the validity, currency, and compliance of all training requirements, supporting audits and regulatory inspections, and assisting management with standardization and quality assurance initiatives. Duties will be performed under the guidance of the Manager Flight Training (Pilots).

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules for pilot instructors (TRI/TRE) and A320 pilot training, ensuring alignment with operational demands.
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of approved pilot training programs.
- Manage line training and upgrade training activities for pilots.
- Maintain comprehensive pilot training records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Liaise with Licensing, Operations Control, and other internal departments to fulfill training requirements.
- Monitor the validity, currency, and compliance of pilot training certifications and requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and activities related to regulatory compliance.
- Assist management in standardization efforts and quality assurance processes.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the Manager Flight Training (Pilots).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of training planning and scheduling is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Google Sheets, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
