Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for one-on-one consultations with prospective and current applicants to ensure smooth and timely interactions.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all client communications and application progress.
- Facilitate timely follow-ups and communication to keep applicants informed and on track with their scholarship and admission deadlines.
- Assist in preparing, updating, and distributing guidance materials related to scholarship applications and university admissions.
- Track application timelines and deadlines to ensure clients meet all necessary requirements.
- Support basic administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and updating internal systems to maintain accurate and accessible information.
- Utilize remote work tools such as online calendars, video conferencing platforms, and shared document systems to coordinate activities efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including effective scheduling, time management, and precise record-keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for professional email correspondence, document preparation, and client interaction.
- Comfortable working remotely and proficient with digital collaboration tools and platforms.
- High attention to detail in managing deadlines, tracking application progress, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks within a part-time schedule, and adapt to the evolving needs of a small, client-focused organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Interest in higher education, scholarships, or student advising is highly valued. Prior experience in education consulting or student services is an advantage.
