Company Description Default is an energy drink brand designed for everyday life, not just high-intensity moments or late nights. Founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Default supports people through typical daily activities such as work, family time, and busy schedules. The company is focused on making ordinary routines feel a little better and more sustainable.
Default is building a brand grounded in accessibility, practicality, and the realities of day-to-day life. The team values authenticity and aims to serve individuals who live most of their lives in the “default” rather than the extremes.
Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteers who help promote and represent Default in their communities. This role includes recruiting volunteers, onboarding new team members, and coordinating volunteer activities such as local outreach, sampling events, and brand advocacy initiatives. The Coordinator will develop and deliver training materials, maintain clear communication channels, and ensure volunteers have the tools and information they need to succeed.
Day-to-day tasks involve managing volunteer schedules, tracking participation, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with broader brand goals. The role also includes building relationships with community partners and identifying new opportunities for engagement.
