Coordinator (Sales & Marketing), South Karachi

Aga Khan University Hospital is seeking a motivated Coordinator for Sales & Marketing to join the Clinical Laboratory team in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting the hospital’s laboratory services by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving growth through effective marketing strategies. This position requires a dynamic individual who can engage with doctors, organize educational events, and contribute to achieving revenue and test volume targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors to raise awareness about the quality and services of AKUH Laboratory.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in major hospitals to enhance professional engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed test volume, revenue, and surplus budget goals.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation or Master’s degree, preferably an MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing within a reputable healthcare organization. Experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of job requirements.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
