This role is essential to the smooth operation of the Dedicated fleet by providing weekend dispatch coverage and handling critical administrative and reporting duties. The individual will actively monitor live loads, communicate with drivers and customers to resolve urgent issues, and manage freight bookings via DAT and other load boards. In addition to dispatch responsibilities, this position supports driver payroll calculations, maintains insurance and maintenance records, compiles customer performance reports, and oversees contract documentation. The role ensures weekend tasks are completed efficiently, preventing backlogs and minimizing disruption to weekday dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide weekend dispatch coverage for the Dedicated fleet, monitoring active loads and addressing urgent driver and customer issues promptly.
- Book and manage freight shipments through DAT and other load board platforms according to account requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate driver payroll calculations, including deductions and adjustments.
- Keep insurance documentation current and track all necessary records related to Dedicated accounts.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Compile, update, and maintain customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and performance reports.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other administrative documents associated with Dedicated accounts.

Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation operations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as LoadOps or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with DAT or other load board platforms for freight booking and management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet applications, capable of detailed calculations.
- Exposure to payroll processes, including driver pay calculations and deductions.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Divine Gardens office in Lahore.
- Capability to manage workload effectively during off-peak hours and high-responsibility shifts.
