Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements by assisting in workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.
- Develop and deliver code for assigned software modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and seamless integration with existing system components.
- Execute thorough testing of software modules, validate functionality across various interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Support the implementation of software applications and their integration with other systems to maintain stability and performance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and well-structured code to clearly communicate project status and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development efforts, verify system compatibility, and ensure that delivered solutions meet quality and performance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software development and testing.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform for Microsoft 365, with the ability to develop, configure, and integrate solutions within this environment.
