Job Description

- Receive order confirmations from customers via phone and text

- Communicate with customers on the status of their orders

- Answer customer service calls, questions, and complaints in a prompt manner

- Handle customer queries on live chat

- Report to manager daily

- Forward all customer complaints and concerns to the manager

- Handle refund and replacement requests

What you must have

- Excellent written and communication skills (no mixing up you’re and your)

- Available via email at all times
