We are looking for performance-driven Area Sales Managers (ASM) for Faisalabad and Rawalpindi to manage channel sales and drive business growth for solar energy products, including panels, inverters, and lithium batteries.
:The ASM will be responsible for managing a dealer/distributor network, achieving sales targets, ensuring technical training, and expanding the market presence within their assigned city
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in territory sales/field sales (solar or energy sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of solar products and battery systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools and data reporting.
- Ability to travel locally within the assigned area.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000
