Job Responsibilities:
- Must have Expertise in MS Excel.
- Accurately input data about manufacturing.
- Review and fix any mistakes in the data.
- Collaborate with supervisors and operators to gather necessary information.
- Organize and maintain physical records according to data management policies.
- Share manufacturing and inventory data during audits or inspections.
- Daily entries of online sales, invoice creation and return entries.
- Shops dispatch entries in the system.
- Stock movement entries IST.
- Inventory Reconciliation.
- Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in data entry methods for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Must have hands-on experience in a recognized ERP.
