Graphic Designer

Cormaster is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong eye for color correction and overall design aesthetics. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for various platforms, ensuring all designs align with the companys branding guidelines and marketing objectives. The Graphic Designer will work independently and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver timely and effective design solutions. As a Graphic Designer at Cormaster, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, and website assets. Attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines are essential. Although this position does not involve managing a team, effective communication and the ability to incorporate feedback are important for ensuring successful project outcomes and maintaining creative consistency across multiple campaigns.
Responsibilities

Create and design engaging digital and print graphics that support the companys marketing campaigns and brand identity.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to develop and refine visual content, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Apply color correction techniques to enhance and balance images, maintaining visual harmony across all designed materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design needs and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Prepare files for production, including print-ready files and optimized digital artwork, adhering to specific technical requirements.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs promptly and effectively to meet stakeholder expectations.
Maintain organized archives of design files and assets to ensure easy retrieval and version control.
Ensure all graphic designs comply with branding standards, legal requirements, and copyright guidelines.
