Corporate Call Operator/ Female

Sarwar Shahida Memorial Cardiac Center & Research Institute Gujranwala is seeking a motivated and qualified female candidate for the position of Corporate Call Operator at its Lahore location. This role involves managing communication channels professionally to support the organization’s mission of advancing cardiac healthcare and serving the community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling telephone inquiries, providing accurate information about the center’s services, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding the organization’s services.
- Communicate effectively with callers, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor to enhance the organization’s reputation.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are highly preferred.
- This is an in-person position based in Lahore.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
