Corporate IT Manager

Yuno is seeking a Corporate IT Manager based in India to lead and own the internal technology infrastructure that supports our fully remote, global team. This role involves managing device fleets, identity systems, SaaS administration, and compliance to ensure productivity and security as the company scales across 190+ countries. You will be responsible for designing scalable systems and automation, driving the corporate IT roadmap, and embedding security and compliance into every process. This is a leadership position where you will build and mentor the Corporate IT team, working closely with Security to reduce operational burdens and enhance controls. The role requires a proactive approach to automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline IT workflows and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate IT Ownership and Roadmap: Lead the corporate IT function end to end, setting and executing the roadmap as Yuno grows globally.
- Device and Endpoint Management: Manage the MDM platform (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji) for macOS and Windows devices, including zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration as code, and endpoint security.
- Identity and Access Management: Administer identity providers (Okta preferred), SSO, MFA, and SCIM; automate onboarding/offboarding and enforce least-privilege access.
- SaaS Administration and Governance: Oversee SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian; control shadow IT and OAuth risks; optimize license usage.
- Security and Compliance: Develop and maintain controls, access reviews, and audit evidence for SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 compliance; collaborate with Security on vendor assessments.
- Automation: Replace manual tasks with scripting and workflow automation using Python, Okta Workflows, or similar tools.
- Team Leadership and Enablement: Serve as senior escalation point for complex IT issues, maintain detailed documentation and runbooks, and lead the growth and development of the Corporate IT team.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or systems engineering, preferably supporting distributed teams.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring IT team members or leading corporate IT functions.
- Based in India with legal authorization to work.
- Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for managing macOS and Windows fleets.
- Strong background in identity and access management, especially with Okta or equivalent providers.
- Experience administering SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian) and understanding SaaS governance and OAuth risk.
- Practical knowledge of security and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or workflow automation tools.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building AI-driven IT automation or helpdesk tooling.
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle and asset management (ITAM) at scale.
- Background in payments or fintech industries with strict compliance and access control requirements.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust security models, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and least-privilege principles.

Nice to Have

- Experience with configuration-as-code for endpoints, applying infrastructure-as-code principles to IT.
- Expertise in securing and governing AI tools or agents across an organization.
