Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a seasoned Corporate Security Manager to lead and enhance security operations across its facilities in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in security management. The role is pivotal in supporting the Nestlé Leadership team by maintaining a secure working environment, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with the Group Security Strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the zone security team to align security strategies and execution throughout the market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough security assessments at all Nestlé locations, including factories, distribution centers, warehouses, head offices, and sales offices, ensuring adherence to Group Security Standards. Prepare detailed reports with recommendations based on risk and threat evaluations. Implement and maintain security best practices as defined in the Group Security Strategy, focusing on protecting employees, customers, the company’s reputation, brands, products, and assets. Promote and coordinate personal security awareness initiatives across the market by organizing and delivering training programs such as Security Induction, Crisis Management, and Hostile Environment Training. Select, appoint, train, and provide ongoing guidance to part-time Security Champions assigned to each Nestlé facility within the market. Develop and regularly update security contingency plans covering scenarios like local evacuation, product contamination, kidnap for ransom, and military or civil unrest. Monitor and communicate any security, political, environmental, or social developments that could impact Group Travel Directives to key stakeholders and the Group Security Centre. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of losses due to fraud, theft, or other security incidents by Security Champions, consolidating and submitting security data reports quarterly to the zone security team. Manage all security arrangements for foreign delegations visiting Pakistan, including public relations, protocol, accommodation, and coordination with government and intelligence agencies to secure necessary permissions and ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution. Over 10 years of experience in corporate security operations, preferably with exposure to both public and private sectors. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leadership teams to manage security across multiple sites. Strong interpersonal and management skills, with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and motivate diverse teams inclusively. Competence in handling sensitive and complex information, setting performance expectations, and resolving issues efficiently. Good understanding of national regulations, policies, and security directives relevant to the role. Familiarity with food industry operations, including manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, legal, safety, and security functions.
