The Corporate Team Lead (Marketing) position is available in Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar, offering a monthly salary of PKR 225,000. This role is designed for an experienced professional who will lead a team of corporate sales specialists and spearhead business development initiatives to achieve the company’s revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the corporate sales team, fostering a high-performance and motivated work environment.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain corporate clients, enhancing the company’s market presence.
- Regularly monitor team performance, ensuring sales goals are achieved or surpassed.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to effectively promote products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to support growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and comprehensive management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (16 years of education), preferably an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 8 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams successfully.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to overcome challenges and optimize team performance.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in or knowledge of the insurance industry is considered an advantage.
- The role requires the candidate to work onsite at the Islamabad location.
- Candidates must be prepared to engage directly with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business growth.
