Corporate Training Specialist – Karachi

Mars BPO is seeking a dedicated and skilled Corporate Training Specialist to join our team in Karachi on a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing employee skills and performance by designing, coordinating, and delivering effective training programs aligned with organizational goals. This position requires excellent communication and presentation abilities, a passion for employee development, and the capacity to engage participants through dynamic training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for both new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development sessions.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Operations teams to address performance gaps and training requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and outcomes.
- Facilitate refresher courses and skills development sessions as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest corporate training techniques and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives within the company.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation abilities, with confidence in conducting group training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Energetic, creative, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
