Cosmo Pharma Int Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced front Receptionist to join the team in Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Assist Manager HR / Admin in day to day activities.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Handling administration queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Handling staff issues.
- Handling staff monitor compliance / Health & Safety / House keeping related issues.
- Responsible for overall activities in the factory / plant.
- Responsible to coordinate with the suppliers for on time receiving of items.
- Pro active detail oriented skilled at time management with the ability to manage tasks at the same time.
- Welcome visitors and answer any questions visitors have.
- Preparing vouchers
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Maintain reception area at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including , a copy machine, and a Laptop.
- Enroll new hired employee's in bio matric machine.
- Mark attendance of employees.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes
- Assist Manager HR in day to day activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Punctual with strong attendance history.
